Guelph Jersey Mike’s Raises Over $13K for Local Kids During Month of Giving

Jersey Mike’s Subs in Guelph has made a big impact in the community, raising an impressive $13,136 for the Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington during its Month of Giving campaign.

The funds will support the foundation’s Keep Kids Fed at Home program, which ensures local children have access to nutritious food.

The cheque presentation took place Tuesday at the Jersey Mike’s location inside Stone Road Mall, at 435 Stone Rd. W.

Store manager Shadoe O’Dell credited the campaign’s success to strong community support and an enthusiastic response from staff and customers alike. He noted that the store’s strategy of offering coupons in exchange for donations helped encourage generosity throughout the campaign.

Thanks to the Guelph community, the local Jersey Mike’s was named the company’s top fundraiser in March — showing how a small shop can make a big difference.
