A 19-year-old driver from Acton is facing a series of charges after being stopped twice by police while operating a commercial vehicle in Puslinch Township.
According to the Wellington County OPP, the incidents occurred around 11 a.m. on Monday as West Region officers were carrying out enforcement efforts along Highway 401. The driver was initially pulled over at the ONroute service centre in Puslinch, where officers laid multiple charges.
After a second encounter with police, the driver ended up doubling the number of charges laid against them.
