1. Winding Road Maple Products
1131 Balsam Grove Rd. RR#2, Elmira
For over 50 years, Winding Road Maple Products has been producing 100% natural maple products. Owned by Dale and Alex Martin, the farm offers tours of their sugar house, along with pancakes and refreshments on Saturday, April 5.
2. Northwood Maple Farms
2161 Northfield Dr. E., Elmira
Started by Paul Martin and his father more than five decades ago, Northwood Maple Farms now boasts a new sugar house. Visit on Saturday for tours, and enjoy hot chocolate, coffee, homemade doughnuts, and pancakes.
3. Snyder Heritage Farms
1445 Maple Bend Rd., Breslau
With a maple syrup history dating back over 200 years, Snyder Heritage Farms is a staple in the area. Kevin and Anne Snyder offer certified organic syrup, and on Saturday, enjoy tours, pancakes, sausage, and a selection of sweet treats and refreshments.
4. Elliot Tree Farm
9467 Garafraxa Erin Townline, Hillsburgh
This historic farm, dating back to the 1890s, combines the charm of Christmas tree farming with maple syrup production. The Elliot Tree Farm is also home to the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario, offering a unique experience hosted by Derek Elliot.
5. West Montrose Maple Products
6194 Middlebrook Rd., West Montrose
A newer addition to the local maple syrup scene, West Montrose Maple Products completed their modern sugar shack in 2023. Located near the famous West Montrose Covered Bridge, the farm offers tours hosted by Fred Martin.
